Christina Grigoreva (born 1998) studied Graphic Design at Southern Federal University, Rostov, Russia, then switched her main focus to Fine Arts.
Dmitry aka Dave Masalov (born 1985) has two Master degrees in Business, but has always practiced art as a side activity before quitting his day job to dedicate himself to his art completely.
They joined forces in 2017 by forming Chris & Dave's Art Studio to create abstract and figurative paintings together and promote their work.
The main goal of this project is to create bright and joyful pieces of art that will bring happiness and light to everyone looking at them, but also to depict different energy flows in our life that we cannot see with our eyes but sometimes feel with other senses.
In terms of style, Chris & Dave's art balances between abstract expressionism, symbolism and sometimes figurative painting or even pop-art, striving to find a perfect match of shape, line and color.
